HUMAN AND SOCIAL RIGHTS
We promote an organizational, democratic, and transversal culture by working for real equality and positioning values as part of its identity. These values are born from the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of the United Nations.
These common values to a great diversity of cultures have enough strength to permeate the social action we develop, attending to and helping children, youth, people with disabilities, and other people in a situation of social exclusion to grow so that they become responsible, free, participatory and autonomous in the society in which we live.
From the entities of Plataforma Educativa, no discrimination due to national, social or ethnic origin, gender, language, religion, opinion, sexual orientation, age, or other condition will be accepted or allowed. Any act, omission, or manifestation, physical or mental, by any means that compromise the psychological, physical, or moral integrity of any person, will be rejected and prosecuted, as well as manifestations of physical or mental harassment, moral or abuse of authority, as well as any other conduct that may generate an intimidating or offensive environment to people’s rights. The aim of incorporating this perspective is to find strategies to promote social changes and avoid any type of discrimination, with special emphasis on gender.
